Before Closure Annual filing is pre requisite but not required in case business is not started. Govt fees Rs 10000 for STK-2, Rs 400 for MGT 14 and our fees Rs 10000 for drafting and filing of closure making total Rs 20400 only.
Kindly note that Indemnity bond and affidavit charges mentioned in list attached should be multiplied by no of directors. Also Note that complete details of witness should be mentioned. It takes minimum 6 months for Company closure after form submission from our ends
Once documents are complete, form filing can be proceeded.
